Hello Sharjah!

When I was living in Dubai, I could walk to my office in 8 min, but it took me almost 20 min by car. I used to think “Shit, it’s only across the road and I have to wait so long in this traffic!”

Now, I’ve moved to Sharjah coz the rents in Dubai are too high. I had a choice: I could stay in Dubai and pay for the high cost of living. Of course, in the case I would have to cut down on a lot of expenses, be more responsible with money and do “budgeting” ((cringe)). I’m an occasional impulsive buyer – these are one of the unnecessary expenses I could cut down. I would have to spend less on eating out and shopping. I would have to……. well a lot of things would be off the list.

OR I could move to Sharjah, where I can get a better, more spacious apartment that would be 50% lighter on my pocket! I would have a comfortable lifestyle. I would have more cash on hand. I wouldn’t have to be stingy! There’s not much to do in Sharjah, so I would save more. Keep Dubai for the weekends and holidays.

So, Sharjah was the obvious choice. Just one problem: the rush hour traffic is a BITCH!!!!!!
